Tus Turnos

Privacy policy

Tus Turnos is designed to work without accounts, advertising or sending your work schedule to JJGG Studio.

Last updated: 11 October 2026 · iPhone and Android

1. Controller and contact

Tus Turnos is an app by JJGG Studio, an independent developer based in Spain. For privacy enquiries, email jjggstudioapps@outlook.es.

2. Data stored on your device

The app lets you save shifts, schedules, rotations, leave, holidays, notes, hours worked, settings and preferences. This data is stored locally on your iPhone or Android device. JJGG Studio does not receive it and cannot access it.

3. Optional calendar access

Calendar access requires your permission. It lets you choose a calendar and import holidays from selected events, and export shifts, leave and additional work periods. Personal notes are only included in exports if you select that option.

iPhone: the app requests full Calendar access to list calendars, import all-day events for the selected year and manage a separate calendar called “Tus Turnos”. You can revoke permission in iPhone Settings › Privacy & Security › Calendars.

Android: the app requests calendar read and write permissions. Holiday import uses the start date of each selected event. Synchronisation creates or updates Tus Turnos events in your chosen calendar and removes those outside the selected period or options. Changes made directly to these events may be replaced when you synchronise. You can revoke permission in Android Settings › Apps › Tus Turnos › Permissions; labels may vary by device.

Processing takes place on your device. JJGG Studio does not receive your calendar contents. If your calendar uses iCloud, Google, Exchange or another provider, exported events may synchronise through that service under its own terms.

4. Backups and PDF documents

Backups and PDFs are generated on your device. You choose where to save them or whom to share them with. JJGG Studio does not receive these files. Your chosen storage, email or messaging provider may process them under its own privacy policy. Backups may contain notes and other personal data; keep these files in an appropriate place.

5. Data JJGG Studio does not collect

Tus Turnos does not include user accounts, its own servers, advertising, tracking or analytics tools. The app does not sell or share personal data for commercial purposes.

6. Retention and deletion

Local data remains until you change it, restore a backup, delete the app or clear its data. Backup files and PDFs remain wherever you save them until you delete them.

Exported events remain in your calendar until you delete them there or use the app’s removal options. Revoking permissions or uninstalling Tus Turnos does not necessarily delete these events or backups saved outside the app.

On iPhone, device backups made by iOS or iCloud depend on your Apple account settings. On Android, Tus Turnos disables automatic backup of its app data through the standard Android mechanism; you can save and restore files from within the app.

7. Support messages

If you email support, your address, message and any information you choose to include will be processed only to respond to and manage your enquiry. Do not send unnecessary work or personal information. You can request deletion of the conversation by emailing the same address, unless it must be retained to meet a legal obligation.

8. Platform services

Apple, Google or other store or device providers may process information related to downloading, purchasing, operating or diagnosing the app under their own policies and your device settings. JJGG Studio only receives information those platforms make available to developers and does not combine it with the schedule stored locally in Tus Turnos.

9. Your choices and rights

You can view, correct and delete data directly in the app. You can also revoke calendar access in iOS or Android settings. For enquiries or requests about data sent to support, email jjggstudioapps@outlook.es.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy will be updated if Tus Turnos features or data processing practices change. The current version and its date will always be available on this page.
